Capricorn Sun Scorpio Moon

capricorn-sun-scorpio-moonYou have tremendous inner drive and “temperament.” You have been highly independent in your day, with a keen sense of your own importance as an individual; This you never lose; a certain rigid inner pride keeps your self-respect always at a high level. As you grow older, however, a natural social sense asserts itself. You learn the need for cooperating with people, and you learn that, though you have rights, others have rights also. Naturally of a judicial and rather stern nature, you have your own private opinions of what people do, a keen sense of moral values, and a devotion to the orthodox in conduct. However, sensitiveness and reserve keep you from expressing everything you feel, though you can make your disapproval felt without a word. You are a sort of accusing angel with a powerful feeling that your judgment is one with the judgment of God and the universe. It is difficult to persuade you that you are wrong, for although apparently reasonable, you have an inflexible core within and a trick of appearing not to understand the other fellow’s viewpoint when you understand it perfectly but think it better tactics not to admit it. You are unswervingly honorable, loyal, and devoted, with a keen sense of the sobriety of life, and of your duty as a part of it.

You are able to understand and feel the problems of other people without their telling you – and sometimes understand where the other fellow would rather you didn’t. You trust your first impressions of people and, whether you’re right or wrong, you rarely change, especially if the first impression has been bad. Though apparently tolerant, you are not really tolerant, a stern quality of judgment underlying your sympathy. You will help people of whom you disapprove, but you don’t bargain to take them to your heart. You are capable of infinite detachment; your emotions do not interfere with your reasoning powers, except when you are deeply touched through your affections, at which time you can go to pieces pretty thoroughly and be unreasonable. But generally, by strict self-discipline and a sort of permanent vigilance, you are reasonable, detached, and calm.
